Phonological Analysis in Delivering Stories through Video Recording

Postulating the language as means of communication playing crucial role in our daily lives is truly indisputable. A lot problems occurred field phonology by students delivering their speaking performance. This research intended to analyze phonological error second semester performing stories form speaking. The kind this classified qualitative which focuses on analyzing students’ utterances, particularly terms English phonology. In study, data were collected video-recorded performance and written transcription subjects research. Furthermore, after a careful detailed process researcher, it concluded that most made several errors pronouncing some words. result study showed diversity skills components pronunciation, fluency, accuracy dominantly due previous educational background, motivation learning, intensity exercise, current efforts learning English, having grit. By grit, have passion perseverance train themselves practicing for long-term.
