Phase-Controlled Pathway Interferences and Switchable Fast-Slow Light in a Cavity-Magnon Polariton System

We study the phase-controlled transmission properties in a compound system consisting of three-dimensional copper cavity and an yttrium-iron-garnet (YIG) sphere. By tuning relative phase magnon pumping cavity-probe tones, constructive destructive interferences occur periodically, which strongly modify both cavity-field spectra group delay light. Moreover, tunable amplitude ratio between pump-probe tones allows us to further improve signal absorption or amplification, accompanied by either significantly enhanced optical advance delay. Both can be used realize situ switchable fast-slow The lead zero reflection transmitted light abrupt transition. Our results confirm that direct through coupling loops provides versatile route achieve controllable transmission, storage, communication, expanded quantum regime, realizing coherent-state processing quantum-limited precise measurements.
