Traditional medicine was becoming more popular as a component of complementary and alternative around the world. The ability to provide information on pharmacological effects plants requires thorough understanding chemical components found in plants. One compounds reported having activity punicalagin. Punicalagin polyphenol compound Punica granatum, Lafoensia pacari, genus Terminalia. This review provides activities bibliographic databases used sources were PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect. punicalagin have been anticancer, antioxidant, hepatoprotective, antimicrobial, antivirus, neuroprotective, antiinflammation, gastroprotective, pre-eclampsia, antidiabetic, anti hyperlipidemia.
