This study aimed to compare the ferning score based on pH of cervical mucus and its relation with gestation calf gender cows. Ten Holstein Friesian crossbreed cows which were detected in estrus about be artificially inseminated, used for this study. Sample was collected using Metricheck observations. Pregnancy diagnosis conducted two months after insemination, calves recorded at parturition. indicated that did not affect characteristics, score, pregnancy However, higher scores tended result Also, alkaline male vice versa. Further is needed a more significant number samples related application display as an indicator obtain rate.
