The purpose of this study was to determine the increasing Growth Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) Seedlings in Pre-nursery due Urea and NPK Treatment. used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting first factor fertilizer (U) which consisted 3 treatment levels, namely U0 = control, U1 1.0 g baby polybag-1, U2 2.0g while (N) N0 N1 polybag-1 N2 2.0 polybag-1. results showed that with exception for increase leaf area, treatments were not significant plant height (cm), stem diameter number leaves (blades), length (cm) width also variative. Furthermore, conclusion research is higher dose urea resulted area.
