PERSPECTIVES OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ON CONTRACT TEACHING

The Turkish educational system employs teachers in a variety of positions with varying levels privileges but also some shared traits. This study aims to ascertain contract teachers' and school administrators' perspectives on the teaching procedure from standpoint these distinctions. focus group interview technique, which favors phenomenology approach, qualitative research method, was employed study. 15 educators 6 administrators who are Türkiye for 2022–2023 year make up two separate groups. Additionally, semi-structured observation form utilized as method gathering data. In data analysis, content analysis technique used examine information gleaned open-ended questions asked interviews. As result findings were thoroughly assessed, gathered within confines each sub-problem coded. These codes then collected under appropriate themes. It concluded that had negative impact administrators, teachers, process. Keywords: teacher employment types
