چکیده
The emergence of new SARS-CoV-2 variants made the COVID-19 infection pandemic and/or endemic more severe and life-threatening due to ease transmission, rapid infection, high mortality, capacity neutralize therapeutic ability developed vaccines. These consequences raise questions on established management strategies based nano-assisted approaches, including diagnostics, therapeutics, efficient trapping virus eradication through stimuli-assisted masks filters composed nanosystems. Considering these concerns as motivation, this perspective article highlights role aspects nano-enabled approaches manage associated with newer concern significance generated mutations. controlled high-performance a nanosystem seems capable effectively detecting variables for performing site-specific delivery agent needed effective treatment, developing technologies purify air sanitizing premises. outcomes report project manipulative, multifunctional nanosystems efficiently an overall targeted, smart approach.

Coronavirus pathogenesis and the emerging pathogen severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus.
Coronaviruses are a family of enveloped, single-stranded, positive-strand RNA viruses classified within the Nidovirales order. This coronavirus family consists of pathogens of many animal species and of humans, including the recently isolated severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV). This review is divided into two main parts; the first concerns the animal coronaviruses and thei...

Whether severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) infection can be asymptomatic is unclear. We examined the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV among 674 healthcare workers from a hospital in which a SARS outbreak had occurred. A total of 353 (52%) experienced mild self-limiting illnesses, and 321 (48%) were asymptomatic throughout the course of these observations. None of thes...

In November 2002, an outbreak of a life-threatening ‘atypical pneumonia’ for which no etiological agent could be identified occurred in Guangdong Province, China. In March 2003, a similar outbreak was reported in Hong Kong [1]. Cases of similar respiratory illness were subsequently reported globally including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and USA. This syndrome is a new clinical ent...
متن کاملSevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus as an agent of emerging and reemerging infection.
Before the emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (SARS-CoV) in 2003, only 12 other animal or human coronaviruses were known. The discovery of this virus was soon followed by the discovery of the civet and bat SARS-CoV and the human coronaviruses NL63 and HKU1. Surveillance of coronaviruses in many animal species has increased the number on the list of coronaviruses t...

The current outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)in China threatened humankind worldwide. The coronaviruses contains the largest RNA genome among all other known RNA viruses, therefore the disease etiology can be understood by analyzing the genome sequence of SARS-CoV-2. In this study, we used an ab-intio based computational tool VMir to scan the complete geno...
