Purpose Personality profiling in today’s business world has become an essential organisational development practice targeted at identifying a set of employees' traits, which differentiate employee from one another. Given the assumption that personality traits form indicator developing potential individual workforce, possible to establish how employees function certain job role and their suitability for particular tasks organisation. This study aims explore relationship between assessment centres (ACs) quality management Nigeria telecommunication organisation among its managers. Design/methodology/approach The employed multi-stage sampling techniques further stratified hierarchy finally used simple random strategy on each stratum. A combination 482 managers Nigerian organisations participated this study. investigated 12 hypotheses 1 mediating postulation.
