Personality at home vs. work: Does framing for work increase predictive validity of the Dark Triad on work outcomes?

In a between subject design 903 people completed robust Dark Triad and Big Five trait measure each group was asked to report their behaviour in two situations: at work or general. Those individuals that were think of when reporting personality reported more Extraverted, Conscientious, Emotional Stable less Machiavellian. Unexpectedly, there no difference for Narcissism Psychopathy. Gender differences smaller the than non-work suggesting situation may moderate gender personality. Implications limitations are acknowledged.
