This study aims to examine the perceptions of Kosgoro 1957 Institute Business and Informatics students' service quality Administration Study Program. The sampling method used is a simple random organized by educational staff. research informants consisted 100 students who had received are currently receiving academic administration services. perception assessment uses scoring continues with category based on score that has been generated. Student expectations not matched performance staff, they argue services provided quite optimal. These findings indicate perceived less than student several dimensions. Namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance empathy. Therefore, improve students, what needs be improved is; (1) standard operating procedures (SOP); (2) speed timeliness service; (3) discipline
