PERI-IMPLANTITIS: NON-SURGICAL TREATMENT

Úvod a cieÄž: CieÄžom člĂĄnku je predstaviĹĽ zhrnúż nechirurgickĂŠ moĹžnosti oĹĄetrenia ochorenĂ­ peri-implantĂĄtovĂ˝ch tkanĂ­v porovnaĹĽ efektivitu s podpornou antibiotickou terapiou alebo bez nej. MateriĂĄl metodika: Prebehlo vyhÄžadanie odbornĂ˝ch člĂĄnkov publikovanĂ˝ch v databĂĄzach PubMed-MEDLINE, Scopus, Embase Google Scholar nasledovanĂŠ ručnĂ˝m dohÄžadanĂ­m. Do analĂ˝zy boli zavzatĂŠ klinickĂŠ ĹĄtĂşdie, prehÄžadovĂŠ člĂĄnky konsenzuĂĄlne ohÄžadom nechirurgickej terapie (NCHT) tkanĂ­v, publikovanĂŠ anglickom jazyku rozmedzĂ­ rokov 1990–2022. ZĂĄver: Na zĂĄklade dostupnĂ˝ch informĂĄciĂ­ sa dĂĄ povedaĹĽ, Ĺže existuje veÄžkĂĄ rĂ´znorodosĹĽ spĂ´sobe liečby dentĂĄlnych implantĂĄtov (DI) postihnutĂ˝ch peri-implantitĂ­dou. Ĺ tĂşdie venujĂşce testovaniu rĂ´znych terapeutickĂ˝ch protokolov sĂş vzĂĄcne značne heterogĂŠnne. StabilizĂĄcia peri-implantitĂ­dy po liečbe systĂŠmovej, respektĂ­ve lokĂĄlnej podpornej antibiotickej moĹžnĂĄ, avĹĄak redukcia hÄşbky sondĂĄĹže okolĂ­ DI len pomocou NCHT stĂĄle nedostatočnĂĄ. ĂşspeĹĄnĂĄ najmä rieĹĄenĂ­ peri-implantĂĄtovej mukozitĂ­dy taktieĹž ako prĂ­prava pred plĂĄnovanou chirurgickou.
