Performing Usability Evaluation on Multi-Platform Based Application for Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Satisfaction Enhancement

<p class="0abstract">Usability evaluation is an essential activity to contribute a higher standard of user experience. This study conducted usability on multi-platform application according attributes as defined in ISO 9241-11 which are efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. The was both platforms; web mobile involved 50 participants. results discovered some points issues. Therefore, further enhance the users’ satisfaction, set improvement recommendations were proposed. Insights from this provides basis procedure can serve guide for applications.</p>
