The Center for Research and Community Service is a unit that manages the fields of research community service. So far, (P3M) at Dhar-ma Bakti Lubuk Alung Foundation STKIP data on activities service using Microsoft Access, which entered into database. Therefore, web-based center application Dharma was built PHP programming language database processing MySQL. development method used waterfall method. GTMe-trix will be as software testing to evaluate performance this application. in study quantitative with PIECES analysis model. evaluation received grade A, indicating running "very well" based results obtained from all pages tested GTMetrix. level satisfaction users applications value 4.4, means user can categorized satisfied."
