Performance of Cooperative Detection in Joint Communication-Sensing Vehicular Network: A Data Analytic and Stochastic Geometry Approach

The increasing complexity of urban environments introduces additional uncertainty to the deployment autonomous vehicular network. A novel road infrastructure cooperative detection model using Joint Communication and Sensing (JCS) technology is proposed in this article simultaneously achieve high-efficient communication obstacle for vehicles. To suppress performance fluctuation caused by shadowing obstruction JCS signals, we first derive statistic obstacles from Geographic Information System (GIS). Then, analysis channel characteristics factors are presented Line-of-Sight Non-Line-of-Sight (LoS NLoS) models under complex scenario. stochastic geometry approach applied analyze interference probability distribution successful communication. Simulations have been made verify based on LoS NLoS channels, numerical results demonstrate several different optimization methods infrastructures. Finally, simulated analyzed a method infrastructures that complied with standard traffic-spot structure placement.
