The objective of this study was to assess the performance JK SFC. establishment State financial Corporations was, one steps taken, at official level promote growth small and mediumscale industries. Jammu Kashmir Financial Corporation is a statutory established under SFCs Act 1951(Central 63 1951) which facing heavy losses due no source funds recovery loans. In present JKSFC analyzed with different tools like trend analysis ratio average rate. results show that declining during research period tofacing problems liquidity & solvency.
