چکیده
This paper studies the performance of short packet communications in presence multiple eavesdroppers. We start our investigation by examining fading wiretap channel, where communication is overheard non-colluding single antenna A closed-form expression for average secrecy throughput derived, when transmitter has a antenna. The Monte-Carlo simulations show close match analytical with numerical results. Moreover, optimal blocklength value that maximizes determined, observed and then extend analysis case multiple-antenna consider artificial noise (AN) to confuse obtained scenario two-antenna two eavesdroppers results demonstrate validity approximation compared simulations. further reveal an increased number antennas at associated higher applying AN helps eliminate harm

Short-Packet Communications in Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access Systems
This work introduces, for the first time, nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) into short-packet communications to achieve low latency in wireless networks. Specifically, we address the optimization of transmission rates and power allocation to maximize the effective throughput of the user with a higher channel gain while guaranteeing the other user achieving a certain level of effective throug...
