The purpose of this study was to assess the results percutaneous autologous bone marrow injection in treatment delayed union long fractures after definitive fixation. It has been a gruelling job for orthopaedic surgeons deal with fixation due lack patient compliance reoperation like classical grafting technique and non-union, unfavourable fracture site morphology external compression, post-operative surgical wound issues etc., is reasonable choice scenario Delayed performed department orthopaedics Assam Medical College Hospital, Dibrugarh, Assam, India period 2 years from July 2019 June 2021. A total 23 patients were taken These treated followed up 6 months. evaluated on basis clinico-radiological criteria union, found be excellent 60.86% (14/23), good 17.39% (4/23) poor 21.73% (5/23) cases. provides cellular stimulation promotes healing without necessity opening site.
