Perceived Servant Leadership Style of Principals Correlates with Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers in Pakistan

Servant leadership is a type of that encourages people to work together. A leader intends help the institution’s personnel favorably. The school interacts with teachers and administrative staff as collegial friend rather than boss tries make things easy possible for them. major goal this study was see if there correlation between servant job satisfaction among secondary in Pakistani settings. study’s participants were male female public sector from districts Lahore Kasur, Punjab province, Pakistan. sample chosen using stratified random sampling technique. total 510 participated sample. In study, adapted questionnaires responses measured on five-point Likert scale used. Both variables, perceived style principals showed strong association. Further sub-factors correlations significant results. It proposed adopt it would be more beneficial them ease comfort employees might improve institutional performance.
