Perceived Organizational Support, Coworkers’ Conflict and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediation Role of Work-Family Conflict

The aim of the present study is to investigate extent which perceived organizational support and coworkers’ conflict work-family play a role in performance three types citizenship behaviors. A cross-sectional design was used comprising sample 164 health workers working Portuguese elderly care facilities. Using structural equation model findings showed that linked with behaviors, directly indirectly, via conflict. Furthermore, also related indirectly linkage between through can offer new insights into how enhance behaviors by active management. These help organizations their managers better workplace conditions where be managed allowing have more control over promoting
