Perancangan User Interface Sistem Informasi Alumni Menggunakan Metode Webuse Dan User Centered Design

Alumni Information System is a system that facilitates data collection process and obtains information about alumni. Based on results of interviews with several alumni who just graduated in 2020 at State Polytechnic Malang, were obtained, they had problems accessing website, such as updating data, searching for registration graduation ceremony. online survey to founded content organizing, ease reading content, navigating links, UI/UX, website effectiveness. To make interface user friendly, design improvements are needed provide recommendations arise. User Centered Design method was chosen according experience webuse because it focuses evaluating usability helping web designers developers based responses given by visitors. Results Both evaluation from UI organizing & readability category navigation links 0.85 an “Excellent” level. In result 0.86 level, performance effectiveness 0.81 So entire has increased.
