The research aims to develop an Enterprise Architecture from FMIPA UNTAN, this is based on the many individual information systems that have been developed by UNTAN which are not integrated in data and technology. This situation results overlapping can affect effectiveness of decision making within organization. designed implements concept service-oriented architecture order support integration between business layer organization's technology layer. To research, several concepts used, such as TOGAF a framework for developing Architecture, Service Oriented supporter architectural layers, Archimate Business Process Modeling Notation modeling language used create artifacts. stages included problem identification, development process followed ADM namely preliminary phase, vision, architecture, system implementation roadmap. artifacts consisting catalogs, matrices, diagrams business, system, architecture.
