Innovative work behavior is considered an effective predictor of encouraging organizations to adapt today's uncertain environment. This study aims determine the harmonious role relationship between leader-member exchange and innovative through mediation personality openness experience. Online survey used employees from various fields in Indonesia. Through snowball sampling technique, researchers obtained a total sample 327 people. The results show that passion plays indirect moderating IWB experience coefficientR2 .37 model F(6, 320) = 31.27, P<.001. Moderated index (model 14) significantly moderated LMX (b= .06, CI [.01,.11]). Thus, bring up employees, quality relationships with superiors, personality, have important role.
