PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KATOLIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL PESERTA DIDIK SMA SWASTA ST. MARIA KABANJEHE

چکیده
Keterampilan sosial merupakan kecakapan yang perlu dimiliki oleh setiap peserta didik karena bagian dari hidup, keberhasilan dalam kehidupan sosialnya di sekolah maupun masyarakat. Dalam sehari-hari pergaulan baik dapat menumbuhan keterampilan sosialnya. Lewat sosial, akan mampu berhubungan serta merespon orang lain dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peran guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik meningkatkan SMA Swasta Santa Maria Kabanjahe informan sebanyak duabelas terdiri dari: seorang Guru Katolik, kepala Sekolah dan sepuluh didik. menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh cara melakukan observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sudah dijalankan sebaik mungkin didik, sehingga memiliki Peran sebagai suri teladan; pengelola pembelajaran; motivator; pelaksana kurikulum.
