Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Praktik Peserta Didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama tentang Gizi Seimbang

Background: Balanced nutrition is a daily diet that contains nutrients in the type and amount according to body’s needs while still paying attention principles of consuming variety foods, having clean healthy lifestyle, doing physical activity weighing body weight regularly.The level knowledge attitude person’s balanced affect his practice implementing nutrition. The objective this research analyze nutritional behavior students at SMPN 6 Sa'dan, North Toraja Regency. Methode: methods used an analytical survey design with cross sectional. population 156 students. sample 154 Data analysis using spearman correlation test. Result: results show have sufficient (46,8%), attitudes about generally good (82,5%) practices (68,8%). Based on shows there not relationship between practices, p value = 0,634 r 0,040. There Sa’dan, Regency, 0,000 has moderate indicated by 0,407 positive direction. Conclusion: conclusion respondents
