PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi minuman ringan. Permasalahan tersebut muncul dari segi pengendalian persediaan dilakukan oleh belum mencapai hasil optimal. Diketahui melalui penerimaan bahan baku ke ini, dan sering terjadi kenaikan penurunan pemesanan, sehingga biaya pemesanan menjadi lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penawaran baku, pembelian efektif. Metode analisis data digunakan metode min max inventory EOQ. Cara dengan jumlah minimum maksimum, serta titik kembali rencana (order plan), tidak kekurangan (out of stock) maupun kelebihan (overstock). Dan rata-rata optimal Min Max 77.181 kg sebanyak 12 Rp. 28.487.437. Sedangkan menggunakan EOQ 231.544 4 kali 6.392.126.
