Describe the development and feasibility of children's fairy tale media containing local wisdom based on macromedia flash for elementary school students. This type research is RnD. procedure includes potential problems, planning, design development, product validation, revision. validation was carried out by material experts experts. Data analysis used content descriptive percentage analysis. The results showed that animation design, operation, benefits, presentation material, impact readers. Material judge from things related to in media, while appearance operation tales role learning. Children's get a positive response listeners, namely children can develop reading speaking skills.
