Pengaruh Site Characteristics terhadap e-WOM melalui Customer Satisfaction, e-trust dan e-commitment PADA PENGGUNA APLIKASI situs belanja online “Tokopedia” (Studi kasus Tangerang Raya)

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to highlight the positif significance site characteristics (shopping convenience, design, informativeness, security and communication) with e-WOM mediated customer satisfaction, e-trust e-commitment. The objectives research was : (a) positive effect shopping convenience (b) design (c) informativeness (d) (e) communication (f) satisfaction e-trust, (g) e-commitment, (h) (i) e-word mouth, e-commitment word mouth. applies a survey toward unit analysis on Application Tokopedia interview customers for testing hypothesis. Meanwhile required data consist nine variables; security, communication, aggregate numbers being respondent study are 180. Data used in consists Structutal Equation Modelling (SEM) Path Method by AMOS 7.0 as software. result conclude that variable attributehad had negative than but e-WOM.Keywords: satisfaction; e- commitment, e-trust; e-WOM.
