The need of soybeans continuously increases due to the increasing human population. germination seeds in acid soil such as ultisol often experienced barrier. One ways improve seed soils is give priming treatment on seeds. research was conducted green house Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, University Lampung. It from December 2020 March 2021. used factorial that applied Completely Random Design with three replicates. Tukey’s Honestly Significance Difference 5% level significance compare average treaments. Data analyzing done by using R studio statistics program. first factor kinds which consisted without a controle, water within 12 hours, KNO3 1% 3 2% 6 GA3 50 ppm 14 100 and PEG 7,5% 24 hours. second soybean varieties, i.e. Anjasmoro, Burangrang, Grobogan. Results showed Giberelin for hours best seedling emergence soils. Burangrang T50% number radicles appeared day. Anjasmoro response dry weight normal hypocotyls lenght soils.Key Words: Priming, soybean, ultisol, variety
