Pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support Terhadap Loss of Productivity Akibat Presenteeism pada Karyawan

This study aims to and analyze the effect of perceptions superiors' support on lost productivity due presenteeism in private employees who are permanent have decided be present when they sick last 12 months. The sampling technique using purposive obtained 159 research subjects (L = 67, P 92). instruments used this were 6 items sub-scale perceived supervisory developed from Organizational Support Survey (SPOS) (Eisenberger, et al., 2001; Putri, 2007) adapted Limitation Questionnaire Work (Lerner, 2001). Based results data processing analysis with statistics, it is known that level realized by superiors supporting supports high category a percentage 58%, while loss depends low contribution 55%. hypothesis test considered significant influence supervisor for done months (B -0,725; t -9,207; Sig <. 05; R2 35,6%).
