Pengaruh Penggunaan Nanobubble dalam Transportasi Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei)

Pembenihan udang umumnya tidak berdekatan dengan lokasi pembesaran di tambak, untuk itu benih ditransportasi dalam waktu yang bervariasi dan terjadi penurunan kualitas air khususnya oksigen terlarut berakibat pada gangguan fisiologis kelangsungan hidup benih. Penggunaan teknologi nanobubble mampu meningkatkan mempertahankan kelarutan tetap tinggi selama transportasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui penggunaan terhadap perubahan air, tingkat stres pengangkutan tertutup. Rancangan acang lengkap pola faktorial 2x2, faktor satu 2 taraf yaitu murni, dua durasi transportasi 24 48 jam, masing-masing perlakuan tiga ulangan. Hasil menunjukkan konsentrasi akhir lebih berbeda nyata (P<0,05) dibandingkan menggunakan sedangkan karbon dioksida rendah murni. Konsentrasi total amonia nitrogen, amonia, nitrit, pH, suhu kadar glukosa darah relatif sama sumber berbeda. Kelangsungan pasca pemeliharaan 7 hari, Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan vaname sampai ke kondisi sehat tinggi.
