Pengaruh Pemberian Rebusan Daun Pandan Wangi (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) Terhadap Penurunan Glukosa Darah Pada Mencit (Mus musculus)

Background :Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease caused by damage to the pancreas in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Boiled water of Fragrant Pandanus Leaf (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) can help reduce blood glucose levels. The purpose this study was analyze effect boiled fragrant pandanus leaf on levels male mice induced as hiperglikemi model. Methods : 30 were divided into 5 groups. Each group 0.2ml/20gBB. negative control given Na-CMC; positive glibenclamide 0.01 ml/20gBW; treatment 15% pandan water; 2 10% 3 20% leaves. Examination carried out after intervention. Analysis results using Kruskall Wallis test followed Post Hoc Mann Whitney.
