This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship and influence of motivation on public service, (2) employee performance (3) simultaneously service. The subjects this research are all employees Cisaat District, Sukabumi totaling 31 people. Methods data collection through survey by using questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. results showed that: positively affect service; has no effect postively
