PENGARUH LATIHAN MEMUKUL BOLA GANTUNG TERHADAP KETEPATAN SMASH BOLA VOLI

Penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan peneliti di lapangan yang melihat kemampuan smash siswa ekstrakurikuler MTs Bahrul Ulum masih rendah. bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan memukul bola gantung terhadap ketepatan smash. menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah terdiri 12 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Desain penelitian Pre-test dan Post-test Instrumen tes Smash mengetahui hasil siswa. Analisis data pengujian hipotesis teknik analisis Uji t (t-tes) independen taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Latihan Memukul Bola Gantung berpengaruh skor rata-rata 4.7 pada meningkat menjadi 2.55 Post-test. Dengan statistik (thitung 6.740 > ttabel 1,769). Kesimpulan adalah Ulum.
