Lemongrass is a plant that produces essential oils, which contain citronellal, citronellol, and geraniol. These compounds are known to be used as antimicrobials antioxidants. Nanotechnology one of the technological innovations can medium for sending non-polar active components, such oils. The research was study effect citronella oil concentration, surfactant-cosurfactant ratio, speed homogenization on characteristics nanoemulsion. designed using Factorial Completely Randomized Design, consisted 3 factors. first factor concentration (M1 = 2.5%, M2 5%, M3 7.5%). second ratio (S1 1:0, S2 3:2, S3 2:3), third (K1 6000 rpm K2 12000 rpm). evaluation outcome included pH, viscosity, stability, antimicrobial activity, antioxidant activity. results showed pH value 4.39 5.03 viscosity 1.00 1.28 cP. resulting nanoemulsion no phase separation 10 days storage at room temperature. activity 6.07 6.65 mm. ranged from 74.60-86.73%. Increasing increased highest obtained surfactant:cosurfactant (3:2). homogenized 12,000 higher than 6,000 (P<0.05).
