Teachers of extraordinary school (SLB) have a heavier and more varied workload than general teachers. In addition carrying out administrative works, teachers face challenges in educating children with special needs who also require handling. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is required to overcome this situation. This study aims test the model transformational leadership effect job involvement on OCB satisfaction as mediator SLB Participants was 88 from State Extraordinary School "X", "Y", “Z”.
