Pengaruh kebijakan hutang, good corporate governance dan cash holding terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur

This study examines the effect of debt policy, good corporate governance and cash holing on firm value, where includes independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional audit committee board size. The sample in this used 198 data from 66 manufacturing companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2018-2020 by using purposive sampling method. analysis toold are normality test, classical assumption multiple linear regression model test hypothesis test. Based research that has deen done, results showed institusional ownership size have a significant positive value. While commissioners no negative holding value
