The purpose of this study is to understand the importance ethical leadership on employee work engagement. success an organization or company can never be separated from role leader who regulates and manages resources employees they have. criteria for a good are not only seen their intellectual abilities far-reaching vision mission, but also integrity, fairness loyalty team lead.. Ethical attitude in certain management position, has introducing ethics norms every action relationship with colleagues company. This greatly influences engagement, because morals, will more enthusiastic have strong desire help achieve its goals. In end, engagement create performance so that company's increase.
