Pengaruh dosis inokulum dan lama inkubasi fermentasi kombinasi Phanerohaeta chrysosporium dan Trichoderma reesei terhadap kandungan nutrien eceng gondok

Eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) merupakan gulma air yang tumbuh subur, sangat mudah perkembangbiakannya dan dapat dalam kondisi apapun. Berdasarkan potensi ketersediaan nilai nutriennya, eceng dijadikan sebagai bahan pakan. Tingginya kandungan serat kasar kendala penggunaannya pakan unggas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki nutrien gondok, menggunakan metode fermentasi substrat padat dengan berbagai level dosis waktu inkubasi campuran inokulum Phanerochaeta chrysosporium Trichoderma reesei. rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial. Perlakuan.terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu (D1= 2%; D2=4%; D3=6%) lama (W0= 0; W1=4; W3=8 W4= 12 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa baik inokulum, maupun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,01) menurunkan meningkatkan protein kasar. Kesimpulan adalah 4% (Hanerochaeta 2% reesei 2%) 8 hari optimal kasar, lignin gondok. Kata kunci: Fermentasi, Phanerohaeta chrysosporium, reesei, gizi
