PENGARUH DIETARY APPROACHES TO STOP HYPERTENSION (DASH) THERAPY TERHADAP STATUS GIZI LANSIA DENGAN HIPERTENSI

چکیده

Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension Diet (DASH Diet) merupakan cara diet sehat yang ditujukan untuk membantu terapi atau mencegah hipertensi (tekanan darah tinggi). Dengan DASH diet, maka anda akan mengurangi asupan sodium (garam) dalam makanan serta memperbanyak variasi mengandung zat-zat gizi bermanfaat menurunkan tekanan darah, seperti potassium, kalsium dan magnesium. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan model one group time series, yaitu tidak kelompok pembanding. Dalam penelitian eksperimen, subyek diambil secara acak dapat dilakukan mengukur suatu variabel pada satu waktu berbeda membuktikan hubungan sebab akibat. Sampel diperlukan dihitung rumus Slovin didapatkan hasil 59 reponden. Hasil status lansia sebelum (pre) (DASH) therapy rata (mean) adalah 19.7. Status sesaudah (post) mean 21.45. Ada Pengaruh terhadap lanjut usia (lansia) Hipertensi p value 0,029 lebih kecil dari 0,5 sehingga Ho ditolak. diharapakan menjadi informasi validasi mapun evidence base terkait adanya Hipertensi.Kata Kunci: DASH; gizi; lansia; AbstractDietary is a healthy that intended help treat or prevent hypertension (high blood pressure) (5).
