PENERAPAN METODE POISSON EXPONENTIALLY WEIGHTED MOVING AVERAGE (PEWMA) UNTUK MEMBUAT BAGAN PENGENDALI VARIABEL BERDISTRIBUSI POISSON

Airplane is a mode of transportation that has an accident risk. Aircraft accidents are recorded to occur almost every year in Indonesia. The Poisson distribution used model the number aircraft each because they have fixed time and independent. Statistical quality control applied as method monitor fatal Indonesia within limits. One carry out use chart. This study aims apply Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (PEWMA) create chart with case airplane from 1962 2021 distribution. EWMA average or process variability considered effective detecting small shifts (the shift said be if less than 1.5σ). calculation Run Length (ARL) performed test performance PEWMA Control charts smaller out-of-control ARLs superior can detect more quickly other charts. Based on results ARL value, it was found weight 0.3 optimal smallest value 1.138 which able describe state data shows tolerated equal one.
