A construction project is a series of activities carried out to construct building within specified period. Delay in projects problem that often occurs so these constraints make the implementation time not as specified. The success management based on proper control. This research real data from one hospital Bandung. purpose this study estimate completion using Earned Value and Schedule methods. Calculations were made 3 conditions, namely at 30th week, 45th 49th week. Based results calculations method, week for 51.5 weeks or 3.5 late 48-week planned time. In was obtained 48.35 0.35 48 weeks. And 52.01 0.01 52 Meanwhile, 53.184 51,537 52.136 Abstrak Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk membangun bangunan dalam jangka waktu ditetapkan. Keterlambatan proyek adalah masalah sering terjadi sehingga kendala tersebut membuat pengerjaan pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan Keberhasilan manajemen didasari oleh pengendalian tepat. Penelitian ini berdasarkan riil salah satu rumah sakit di Tujuan dari penelitian memperkirakan selesai menggunakan metode dan Schedule. Perhitungan pada kondisi yaitu minggu ke-30, ke-45, ke-49. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan penyelesaian ke-30 selama 51,5 minggu. Pada ke-45 48,35 Dan ke-49 52,01 Sedangkan 53,184 52,136 Hasil perkiraan akhir lebih akurat daripada Tetapi terhadap aktual proyek.
