Penerapan Blue Ocean Strategy untuk Meningkatkan Pangsa Pasar Platform TaniHub Bali Branch

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi nilai baru untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar TaniHub Bali Branch dengan menggunakan Blue Ocean Strategy. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui: (1) faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan berdasarkan bauran pemasaran; (2) bagaimana pengaruh tersebut terhadap Branch; dan (3) penerapan Strategy Branch. metode campuran. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara observasi, dianalisis Kerangka Empat Langkah Skema Eliminasi-Reduksi-Tambah-Buat. kuantitatif survei uji-t uji-f. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keempat pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, promosi, tempat berpengaruh positif Harga memiliki negatif dari tersebut, sehingga perlu adanya perubahan harga. Dapat disimpulkan dapat diterapkan oleh Branch, mengubah memenangkan persaingan. Luaran dijadikan acuan bagi manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan.
