Penerapan Algoritma Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting untuk Pemeringkatan Kinerja Pegawai

چکیده

PDAM Tirta Giri Nata merupakan salah satu cabang perusahaan daerah air minum yang berada di Kota Cirebon. Pengelolaan data kenaikan gaji berkala ini dilakukan berdasarkan dari absensi. Namun proses pengolahan dan pemilahan menjadi sulit dikarenakan jumlah pegawai banyak masih menggunakan metode manual. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai akurasi sistem dibangun memudahkan telah memenuhi syarat. dengan menormalisasi kemudian memasukkan masing-masing kriteria Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting, sehingga muncul preferensi dapat digunakan pendataan peringkat Terdapat beberapa kiriteria yakni presentase absen, kinerja pegawai, golongan, pangkat, status. Pegawai kode A1 tertinggi, yaitu pada angka 1. Sistem menerapkan F-SAW tingkat keakuratan sebesar 93,33%.
