Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. merupakan jamur penyebab penyakit pada tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L.) yang menyebabkan penurunan produksi kedelai. xSalah xsatu xupaya xuntuk xmeningkatkan ketahanan xtanaman terhadap S. adalah dengan menggunakan agen hayati Trichoderma spp. Tujuan dari penelitian inixuntuk menekan infeksi xpada xkedelai Metode ppenelitian xmenggunakan xRancangan xAcak xLengkap (xRAL), xdengan 5 xperlakuan xyaitu xa) media tumbuh xtanpa perlakuan (kontrol); xb) + x10 g spp., dan tanpa rolfsii; c) d) 15 e) 20 rolfsii. xPerlakuan xdiulang xsebanyak x5 xkali xdiperoleh kombinasi sebanyak 25. Data xdianalisis Analysis xof xVariance (xANOVA), didapatkan xhasil xyang xberbeda xnyata ?<0,05 xdilanjutkan analisis Post Hoc xDuncan Test. Hasil secara In Vitro menunjukkan dapat menghambat sebesar 55,56%, Vivo 40%, dosis optimal berdasarkan tingginya rerata berat polong dihasilkan, tinggi tertinggi yaitu 64,4 cm, kering tajuk 5,1 g, akar 0,5 17,0 g.
