Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Antosianin dari Limbah Kulit Bawang Merah (Allium cepa) sebagai Zat Pemeka (Sensitizer) pada Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC)

<p>Fabrikasi DSSC dengan menggunakan sensitizer zat warna sintetik yang mahal dan susah diperoleh dapat diatasi memanfaatkan alami dari limbah biomassa kulit bawang merah. Penelitian tentang ekstraksi antosianin merah <em>(Allium cepa)</em> pemanfaatannya sebagai pemeka (<em>sensitizer</em>) pada <em>Dye Sensitized Solar Cell</em> (DSSC) telah dilakukan tujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik ekstrak dalam potensinya DSSC. Antosianin diekstraksi pelarut etanol 95% penambahan asam (ET) tanpa (ETT). Ekstrak dikarakterisasi serapan gugus fungsinya Spektrofotometer UV-Vis panjang gelombang 200 nm – 800 <em>Fourier Transform Infrared</em> (FTIR) bilangan 4000 cm<sup>-1</sup> 500 cm<sup>-1</sup>. Selanjutnya difabrikasi efisiensi ditentukan melalui perhitungan tegangan kuat arus terukur oleh multimeter. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa baik terasamkan tidak memiliki maksimum UV utama 221, 251, 291 366 nm. Spektrum FTIR khas fungsi molekul rentang 3418 cm<sup>-1</sup>– 3375 –OH, 2842 2959 C–H alifatik, 1635 1668 714 masing-masing C=C aromatic, 1040 1091 C–O–C 1198 1122 C–O alkohol. pengujian sel TT nilai lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,0491%.</p><p><strong>The Application of Anthocyanins Extracts from Red Onion Peel Waste (<em>Allium cepa</em>) as a Sensitizer in Dye-Sensitized Cell (DSSC).</strong> fabrication using synthetic dye sensitizers which are expensive and difficult to obtain can be overcome by utilizing natural dyes onion peel.
