Pelatihan Pembuatan Produk Pangan Potensi Tersimpan Beku Bagi UMKM Di Desa Keboananom, Gedangan, Sidoarjo

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerjasama dengan mitra pemilik usaha maupun calon pengusaha UMKM yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Keboananom, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Terdapat 6 terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Pelaksanaan dimulai identifikasi masalah dan diskusi bersama mengenai peluang frozen food bagaimana dikenalkan produk-produk dapat diproduksi disimpan bentuk frozen. Setelah maka dilatih untuk membuat produk beku. Pada praktek ini, diberikan formula cara kerja serta mempraktekkan pembuatan bakso sosis premium ekonomis, dessert kekinian berbahan ubi jalar ungu, perhitungan harga pokok produksi perkiraan jual. Dari hasil kegiatan, pengetahuan akan dibekukan, ketrampilan produk, kemampuan meningkat. pelatihan diharapkan meningkatkan tempat masing-masing menangkap unit baru.
