Abstrak: Pengambilan keputusan sumber daya menentukan strategi jangka panjang secara efektif dan efisien, dengan tujuan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada jamaah umrah. Akan tetapi, tidak semua penyelenggara mampu memberdayakan karyawannya ada untuk mengoptimalisasikan Metode digunakan ialah metode kualitatif. Melalui pengumpulan data proses observasi, terlibat langsung di lokasi pelatiahan pengelolaan inovatif. Pembina pertama materi awal kegiatan berisi bagaimana menjadi umrah baik. Kemudian, setelah itu pembina kesempatan peserta mempraktikkan hasilnya. evaluasi kompetensi Google Form pemahaman sudah dilakukan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini antaranya mengelola manajemen PT Ilfa Ihsan Hanifa baik, yaitu: sebelum umrah, selama ibadah sangat teraktualisasi kesopanan, kepedulian profesional SDM melayani para menuju hingga selesai, administrasi akomodasi, konsumsi berkualitas, pembimbing mengedukasi memotivasi.Abstract: Resourcedecision making determines long-term strategies effectively and efficiently, with the aim of providing good service to Umrah pilgrims.
