Training pregnant women can increase their knowledge about of birth balls, and skilled at delivery time. This community service aims train reduce labor pain. Methods: The form activity is ball training pain in Sumberrejo Pringsewu Village. carried out January 2022 every Tuesday, we 09.00 WIB until it finished. target this 30 women. team Village Midwife work together arrange activities schedule implementation. Results: women's skills using before was 52.19 (6.33), then increased after 84.4 (2.71). Statistical tests show that effectively improve mothers' management. Conclusion: skill improvement important so accustomed a during delivery. Mothers also proficient doing movements which helps pain, duration becomes faster.
