Speech is the art of public speaking, thereby sharing information and messages between orators audiences. text writing paramount to ensure message could be delivered effectively audience. However, not many have ability produce a quality speech text. Some speeches are chaotic difficult understand. PDPIPS technique new approach helps improve speaking in Malay language. Hence, this article introduce (Introduction, Definition, Position, Content, Conclusion Suggestion) Technique developing clear ideas, structured subsequently able entice audience’s attention. A qualitative research design content analysis methods used research.The an enhancement from conceptual framework developed by Arndt Graf (2011), which outlines three components, namely Introduction, Content Conclusion. The data study taken participant Pertandingan Gegar Pidato Piala Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam 2019. was prepared author won runner-up at national level. finding shows that should adopted order good text, therefore organise ideas systematically, clearly effectively. By using technique, orator’s image improved as competent proficient language, addition language politeness. In general, can increased self-confidence convincing through oratory skills.
