چکیده
Abstract Introduction/Objective Several studies have explored the feasibility of measuring PD-L1 in cell block cytology and indicated cytological materials could be a reliable source for evaluation non-small lung carcinoma patients. A few investigated compatibility performance clone SP263 testing between histology specimens. The study was pursued to evaluate expression blocks from EBUS- TBNA compared that biopsied tissues patients with our institution samples. Methods/Case Report total 57 specimens cytologically diagnosed using endobronchial ultrasound guided transbronchial needle aspiraton (EBUS-TBNA) Jan 1st, 2020, Dec 31st, 2021 were screened enrollment. Among them, 24 EBUS-TBNA matched biopsy (TBB) reviewed study. After careful selection, 13 paired formalin-fixed patients, including samples, included. assessed assay, tumor proportion score (TPS) evaluated. finally divided into three categories according TPS: < 1% (negative), 1–49% (low expression) ≥ 50% (high expression). Results (if Case Study enter NA) Of pairs, 12 (92.3%) showed concordant expression. On cytology, 3 cases positive (2 high expressors 1 low- expressors) which 2 discordant Ten samples negative expression, they correlation coefficient TPS 0.75 considered as having good value. Conclusion: With an overall concordance rate 92.3% specimen, this demonstrates IHC on limited quality quantity institute. It is required further additional conclude usefulness analysis.

Targeting PD-1/PD-L1 in lung cancer: current perspectives
Increased understanding of tumor immunology has led to the development of effective immunotherapy treatments. One of the most important advances in this field has been due to pharmacological design of antibodies against immune checkpoint inhibitors. Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies are currently in advanced phases of clinical development for several tumors, including lung cancer. Results from Phase I...

Expression of PD-1, PD-L1 and PD-L2 is associated with differentiation status and histological type of endometrial cancer
Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most frequent gynecological malignancy and a major cause of morbidity and mortality for women worldwide. Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and its ligands programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and programmed death ligand 2 (PD-L2) have been well studied in lung cancer, melanoma and renal-cell cancer. However, few studies have been performed in EC. The purpose of ...

متن کاملExpression of PD-1/PD-L1 and PD-L2 in peripheral T-cells from non-small cell lung cancer patients
Binding of programmed death-1 (PD-1) with its ligands (PD-L1/2) transmits a co-inhibitory signal in activated T-cells that promotes T-cell exhaustion, leading to tumor immune evasion. The efficacy of antibodies targeting PD-1 and PD-L1 has led to a paradigm shift in lung cancer treatment but the prognostic and predictive value of tumor PD-L1 expression remains controversial. Evaluating PD-1, PD...
